That sucks, I'm still getting over something of that ilk.

My advice: take some Piriton (chlorpheniramine) or other paleolithic drowsy-making antihistamine. While sleeping, your body can concentrate on getting better. It's the "shut down all non-essential processes before performing system maintenance" principle.
