I griddle it on a ridged griddle pan, then I keep it warm while I griddle the steak on the same pan.

England is a good place to grow asparagus. I prefer asparagus grown in England to asparagus grown in Spain.

I had this idea once to write a song about asparagus. The words started off "I wanna eat asparagus every day / until my pee smells funny the other way" but then I couldn't think of anything to go after that.

With steak *and* asparagus, you get so much iron I think magnets will start to stick to you. Delicious.
