The subtitle is Broadcasting On Cat Radio because the man of the house and I made up the idea of cat radio, and now we pretend as if it is real. What is cat radio? Cat radio is a global communication system for cats. Cats pick up cat radio through their whiskers. Cat radio broadcasts light entertainment and secret messages in code, and allows cats to coordinate their activities.
