Ah, booze shopping.
Parcel man just came with my order from Mackay's. 1× Ardbeg 10yo, 1× Balvenie Doublewood 12yo, 1×Old Pulteney 12yo, 1× Zubrowka bison vodka.

Splendid!

That's a fine-sounding parcel.

It made a gentle and alluring sloshing sound, as it happens.

I'm coming to live in your booze cupboard.

There's Highland Park, Laphroaig, Talisker, plus some gin, ouzo and port there already. So you may find it somewhat cramped.

I cannot stress enough the importance of having a choice of whiskies. I note I'm still rather lacking in the Lowland department - might be wise to get a nice light floral Lowland malt for the forthcoming summer months.

Also considering going to Greece this summer, there's an opportunity to get ludicrously cheap ouzo, plus ludicrously good olive oil and honey.

I still find that I stick with Dalmore when drinking. I occasionally return to Glenmorangie Portwood or have French Oak (only had it once but it was yummy).

I need to go to a tasting again so I can try more varieties.

The Glenmorangie port wood is delicious.

Are you coming to London next month? I'm tempted to splash out on a bottle of Penderyn, but only if there's going to be enough whisky drinkers to enjoy it.

That Balvenie is fabulous - we've got some, too!
