Hm. I don't groove on eel acuz it's so fatty. It may have been how it was prepared, though. I am ignorant in the way of eel, and i admire you for getting the wild hair to prepare it yourself. Everything i know about eel in the western tradition, though, is Rendall, My Son. An' I aint too sure about that.
