A lot of sloppy play, and some trouble holding on to the ball in the second half, but a win. From an offside goal, but a win.

Good to see Beckham and Shevchenko both proving that they still have it. And lovely to see Shevchenko giving the hugs to the Milan and Chelsea players. I do look at him and think "what a nice man".

Talking of still having it, I didn't mention Wales/Finland on Sunday. Jari Litmanen still has it, and how. The man's a legend.
