Cardigan: John Smedley outlet store, seriously a VERY GOOD place to buy knitwear. You have to sign up with email address, but you can buy really amazing knits in merino wool or fine cotton for £39 a pop.
Skirt: La Redoute. It's teal and it's tulle.
