Sad.
I didn't put up a memento post for John Peel's death, althought I was shocked and saddened. I don't know why. I've been "off" posting, a fact which you can match up with your sense of surprise at seeing any update from me at all. Excuse, schmexcuse.
I am making a memento post for Fred Dibnah, who died today. BBC report. I loved Fred's TV programmes. I learnt things, I was entertained, and I had the pleasure of listening to someone who was enthusiastic about what he did.
