Here where I live, it was, also. Actually, the wettest month since 1990, I think.

I believe we got all of three and a half inches.

We too have had the wettest summer since the '50s or something. (possibly the 1850s.)

The grasshoppers, dandelions and thistles are very happy.

The earthworms and the rosebush, not so much.

It's about to rain again.
